Whole Body Conditioning is BACK!!
Holy smokes, Wendy is going to be over the moon!!
Reintroducing the once coveted CGT format: WHOLE BODY CONDITIONING.
We have recently seen an influx of new CGT Members, alongside a number of current Members returning from surgeries, injuries, and becoming parents. Super exciting.
This has highlighted two important things:
a) the need to introduce more CGT sessions each week to match demand
b) the importance of hosting a wider variety of intensities to accommodate different abilities, goals, and stages of the journey
The WBC format operates at a slower tempo than our Circuits and upcoming HIIT group sessions. The focus is more centred around fundamentals, technique, core, and abs, while offering a more modest pace when it comes to conditioning, cardio-based exercises, and training clocks.
