Where Can I Park?
Front Bays : Option 1
Your first available parking option is the 4 vertical-facing bays located at the FRONT of the building.
These bays are available:
At all times
During weekends
For general member parking
We kindly ask that you prioritise using the nearest available bay closest to the entrance door.
By parking considerately and progressively filling the bays nearest the entrance first, we help protect access and manoeuvrability for our neighbours who use the 2 horizontal-facing bays nearby.
Thank you for helping us maintain a respectful, organised and professional environment On The Fort.

Greg's Bays : Option 2
Our neighbour Greg kindly gives Members permission to use these spaces, so we respectfully ask that everyone parks considerately and helps us maintain this privilege.
There are 2 spaces
Vehicles must park horizontally side-by-side (keep tyres off pavement)
Available at all times
Available during the weekend
Please park neatly and avoid obstructing neighbouring access routes
To ensure you are parked in the correct bays, use the “0800 6220 6970” phone number displayed on the building windows as your visual landmark.
“Four Past The Door” simply means these bays are located numerically 4 bays past the building entrance doors.
Thank you for helping us protect the relationships, respect and trust that make arrangements like this possible On The Fort.

Back Bays : Option 3
The Back Bays are best suited for daytime access (7am to 5pm).
There are 2 bays available:
Bay 2
Bay 3
Due to these bays being located at the rear of the building, we strongly advise Members to AVOID using them during:
Evenings
Weekends
Late-night sessions
This is because there is a risk of becoming locked in once neighbouring businesses close and secure the rear access areas.
The one exception is if you are attending a CGT or other Coach-led session. I will be available to assist if the gate is locked while you are in attendance.
If possible, we recommend prioritising Option 1 or Option 2 during quieter hours and out-of-hours training times.
Thank you for parking responsibly and helping us maintain smooth relationships with the businesses surrounding The Fort.

Melvyn's Bays : Option 4
The Access to these bays is kindly provided via our neighbour, Melvyn.
There are 3 bays available, located at the side of the building.
Important Access Rules
These bays are ONLY permitted outside of work hours
Access begins from 5:30pm onwards
Never park in these bays before 5:30pm
We take this agreement seriously and do not want to impact the trust and relationship that allows us to use these spaces.
For this reason, the Melvyn Bays are best suited for:
Evening sessions
Later CGTs
Out-of-hours training
Please ensure your vehicle is parked fully within the bay markings provided, so that neighbouring access and the closing of the gate are not obstructed.
Thank you for respecting the rules surrounding these bays and helping us protect the relationships that support The Fort community

Des Box Bays: Option 5
The Des Box Bays are a useful option for Members attending:
Early morning sessions
Later evening sessions
Please refer carefully to the parking signage displayed onsite.
Important Information
The signage states:

Pay & Display applies during these hours
This means the bays are generally most suitable:
Before 9am
After 5pm
Later evening sessions
Please always:
Read the signage before leaving your vehicle
Respect any displayed parking conditions
Park responsibly and within marked bays
We encourage Members to use common sense and remain mindful that parking rules and enforcement remain outside of The Fort’s control.

Council Car Parks: Option 6
The next parking option is the 2 council car parks located across the road from The Fort.
They are:
Less than a 1-minute walk away
Convenient for busier periods
A useful overflow option when onsite bays are occupied
Important Information
These car parks operate under council parking regulations and restrictions.
As with the Des Box Bays, these spaces are generally best suited for:
Early morning sessions
Later evening sessions
Out-of-hours training
Please carefully check all signage before leaving your vehicle, including:
Active enforcement hours
Payment requirements
Maximum stay durations
RingGo or payment instructions
Parking rules and enforcement are managed independently by the council and remain outside of The Fort’s control.
Thank you for parking responsibly and helping us maintain smooth access and respectful relationships within the local area.

Aldi Car Park: Option 7
The final parking option is the Aldi car park, located directly across the street and visible from The Fort.
This car park offers:
90 minutes free parking
On the basis that you enter Aldi and log your vehicle registration
This is a useful option if:
You are attending a shorter session
You plan to pop into Aldi after training
Other parking options are unavailable
Important Information
Do not exceed the 90-minute limit
Do not forget to log your vehicle registration
Parking enforcement is managed independently and remains outside of The Fort’s control
The Fort accepts no liability for parking charges, penalties or registration errors associated with use of the Aldi car park.
While we recommend prioritising the designated Fort parking options first, the Aldi car park can serve as a practical last resort option when needed..

If all of the above parking options are unavailable, Members will be expected to make their own parking arrangements.
Please do not contact The Fort regarding additional parking assistance, as we unfortunately will not be able to offer further alternatives beyond the options listed above.
If you choose to park outside of the approved and recommended parking locations outlined on this page, The Fort cannot assist with or accept liability for any:
Parking penalties, Charges, Fines, Clamping, or enforcement action
Thank you for your understanding, cooperation and respect for both our neighbouring businesses and the wider local area.
